Featured on WatchMojo: Top 10 Summer TV Shows Off Your Radar (2018) (Review is for the first two seasons only) I came into this show not expecting to like it, but the plot, acting and cinematography are great. It’s basically mob wars in Montana with occasional massive doses of testosterone (cowboys with guns on horses while fishing)! The show is at its best when it sees the chessboard moving the Duttons and their enemies.

Thomas Rainwater is also great

The show gets heavy at the beginning of the second season, but picks up again in the middle. Kelsey Asbill is the weakest link as Monica and plays the bad hand badly, the plot is thrown around awkwardly and the acting just doesn’t hit the mark. In my opinion, Cole Hauser as Rip might be the strongest performance (besides Costner) and I look forward to all the scenes Rip was in.

The plot hums and the scenery is beautiful

Like Cormac McCarthy’s All the Pretty Horses; was a little more raw and brutal than the title suggests, this show is similar. I highly recommend it and I want to wait so long to watch it.. New "Silo" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.

Although it's accurately described as occupying the largest plot of residential land (11 acres) in London aside from Buckingham Palace, the producers used a country house outside the city for filming purposes.. There's a moment, I think it was about mid-way through Season 1 of the series, that one of the sub-plots went slightly in a different direction than I had expected, and it was a good thing.Otherwise, the dysfunctional relationships – both personal and professional – among the major characters somehow works and I like it. The writers did a good job of keeping the action tightly focused.Both the characters and plots work.

The casting was well done

Sure, it's not very believable but it's fun and at times tense. "Madame Secretary" this is not; nor is it "Veep". And that's a very good thing.I should also mention that the acting and dialogues are also quite good.

Are they believable?

Again, no. But that's ok. Very fast I understood that this is a fantasy, not reality.Netflix did a good job on this one.

Please don't f— it up

I'm really looking forward to Season 2.

After being released from prison, Lang returns to his hometown in northwest China. Before the 2008 Olympics, he was bonded with a black stray dog ​​as a member of the dog patrol tasked with cleaning up stray dogs. There’s one particularly skinny black one, worth 1000 yuan if you can catch it, and it’s the target of biker “Lang”. In one particularly awkward skit we see him locked in his quarantined home, and it’s then that bonds begin to form and we discover the extent of the animosity some people feel towards this man. With the bulldozers not far away, his ailing father’s zoo no longer able to care for its tenants, and the vengeful butcher “Hu” (Hu Xiaoguang) and his vengeful thugs, we delve into the story of this newly formed friendship, which is very engaging.

Is this a hostile place in the place?

It’s predictable at times, but it’s actually Peng’s largely dialogue-free effort set against the backdrop of relentless winds, dust and trains tearing through an increasingly lifeless city that gives it some power. It’s not so much that the city is being cleaned up because of the Olympics – although that’s clearly on director Hu Guan’s mind – but that’s why there was a city here in the first place. It’s bleak and desolate, a concrete oasis in the middle of nowhere, and this setting works well because the man himself seems lonely, detached, emotionally and physically rootless.

Mind you, not a lot happens, but I enjoyed it

It’s a slow watch but one that doesn’t drag on for two hours and pretty much sums up the existence of mundanity, a lack of choice and a desire for a true sense of freedom.

John Dutton (Kevin Costner) frequently seems to "forget" his Montanan accent and drifts back into the SoCal speaking voice he normally uses.. Yellowstone has easily become one of my favorite shows on tv.

Almost every episode of every season is excellent and moves the story forward

It's now going on to season five and every season has been fantastic so far. There are some slow parts and slow episodes but that's not a bad thing.

There is plenty of action and drama to keep everyone satisfied

The cast is just about perfect as they all give incredible performances. The cinematography is as good as it gets on tv and shows just how beautiful Montana is.
